How to Book

The following information will help you book your Dragon*Con Odyssey 2013 trip properly and with minimal effort. Please read all the information carefully before completing the reservation form (in block letters). It is vital that the information you provide is exactly the same as the information on your passport.

Should you wish to stay longer in the USA instead of returning with the tour group to Australia and New Zealand, you need to advise on the booking form which date you would like to leave from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) so a correct ticket can be issued to you.
Please note that each booking form is for an individual traveler. However, accommodation is twin share by default. Should you be traveling with a partner or friend, please nominate them on the booking form to ensure you will be sharing a room. Alternatively, DCA Enterprises will do its best to match you up with a suitable roommate to enjoy the trip with. Should you wish to have a room to yourself, a single occupancy room can be booked as per the additional charge on the booking form.
You will be receiving periodic Dragon*Con Odyssey 2013 updates, which will keep you informed of all the breaking news for your Dragon*Con Odyssey. On 31st March 2013, all the information you require prior to leaving the country will be issued to you, including information regarding your flights and hotels and a complete dossier detailing all the activities that will be undertaken each day and how to get the most out of your Dragon*Con Odyssey 2013 experience.
Once you have completed your bookings form, it can be posted to DCA Enterprises at PO Box 320 Eastwood, NSW 2122, Australia, or they can be forwarded electronically to DCA Enterprises' email address info@thehubproductions.com
All reservations, requests, and changes must be made in writing. Please allow 2 weeks for processing of payments. To be confirmed on Dragon*Con Odyssey 2013, we must have a fully completed Reservation Form including your passport information along with your initial deposit.
Should you have frequent flyer privileges with the carrier of our choice, you need to provide this to us by 1 December 2012, to ensure that points are applicable to the flight.
