Alexander Calvert, born July 15, 1990, is a native of Vancouver, Calvert studied musical theatre and hip-hop dancing until the age of 15, when he became interested in acting.

He started his career with small roles on commercials and his credits quickly accruing with commercials for Best Buy, Kohl’s, Road Runner, General Mills and Mattel and in several films and television series, including the Nickelodeon series “The Troop”, “To Be Fat like Me”, “The Bates Motel” and “The Dead Zone”. He was young Justin in “Kickin’ It Old Skool”, which grew to the lead role in “Getting Back Jack”. He also starred in “The Edge of Seventeen”, “Good Boys” and “Scream: The TV Series”.

In 2015 he was cast in a recurring role as Lonnie Machin for season 4 of The CW’s “Arrow”. Not long after joining the CW family he was awarded the roles of Jack Kline and Belphegor on “Supernatural”. His character was introduced on the series as a guest star during All Along the Watchtower, the Season 12 season finale, but came back to replace Mark Sheppard as a series regular for the thirteenth season, He remained part of the main cast from Season 14 and Season 15.

With the conclusion of the series he has been working on exciting new projects including the upcoming “Dead Boy Detectives” as Thomas the Cat King.
